VALUE

The hourly rates of ALL panelists are capped at $300 per hour.

MEDIATION

We offer 4-hour and 8-hour mediation sessions.

ARBITRATION

Arbitration is not offered at this time but will be offered in the future.

EXPERTISE

All panelists possess at least 10 years of experience in their field.

INDIVIDUAL BASIS

All services will be provided on an individual basis only. The designation of MICRO as the dispute resolution provider will integrate MICRO's class and collective action waiver.

VIRTUAL

All dispute resolution services are conducted virtually.

OUR VISION

At MICROadr we strive to be your low-cost and high-value provider of mediation and arbitration services. Our services are entirely virtual which allows our panelists to cap their hourly rate at $200/hr. Our rates make it possible for a larger number of disputes to utilize mediation and arbitration. We strive to make dispute resolution affordable and accessible to all.
