Daniel Srourian

Mr. Srourian is an employment and business litigation attorney with more than a decade of experience in the courtroom.

Having previously represented management, Mr. Srourian has a unique insight into employment litigation. He currently advocates exclusively on behalf of employees to ensure that their rights are protected. Mr. Srourian also advocates on behalf of clients in business disputes, representing them in breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty actions, partnership/joint venture conflicts, and business-related torts. We are lucky to have Mr. Srourian provide his services as a neutral at MicroADR.

 

In addition to the California’s state court, Mr. Srourian is admitted to the Southern, Central, and Northern District Federal Courts.
